INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT

AMONG

SCHOOL DISTRICT RE-8, WELD COUNTY, COLORADO,

THE CITY OF FORT LUPTON, COLORADO

AND

THE FORT LUPTON PUBLIC AND SCHOOL LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES

This Agreement is made and entered into this 16th day of March, 2006 among the City of Fort Lupton, Colorado (the “City”); School District RE-8, Weld County, Colorado (the “School”); and the Fort Lupton Public and School Library Board of Trustees,   a Joint Library as defined in §24-90-103, C.R.S. (the “Library Board of Trustees”).
